SoonerConnect is the University of Oklahoma's way of bringing high-speed Internet access and campus connectivity to your residential computer. Whether you are student, faculty, staff, or an OU affiliate you qualify for SoonerConnect! Find out more from the SoonerConnect Frequently Asked Questions page. At the University of Oklahoma we strive to be diversified. At this time we have contracted with two Internet Service Providers to choose from for high-speed Internet access and campus connectivity. If you are a current customer of one of the providers, you will still need to go through the sign up process in order to qualify for SoonerConnect.

VPN INFO & CLIENT DOWNLOAD A Virtual Private Network (VPN) provides secure access between geographically distributed locations and resources on the OU Networks. Users trying to access OU services such as file servers and e-mail will be required to enter the University network through the VPN. Use of the VPN requires the installation of client software on your computer.
