SOONERCONNECT SERVICES SoonerConnect is the University of Oklahoma's way of bringing high-speed Internet access and campus connectivity to your residential computer. Whether you are student, faculty, staff, or an OU affiliate you qualify for SoonerConnect. At this time we have contracted with two Internet Service Providers to choose from for high-speed Internet access and campus connectivity. Cox Service Available in Tulsa SoonerConnect Cox High Speed Internet service is available to OU faculty, staff, students and affiliates in the Tulsa area. Please note that the sign up for this service is dependent on where your OU computer account was created: Norman campus accounts will use the OU Norman SoonerConnect sign up link.
